Clerk (Finance and Administration)
Responsibilities
  • Performing the duties of a receptionist, which include answering incoming calls and general enquiries, greeting visitors and handling delivery of mail and goods
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support to the department, which includes office equipment maintenance, office supply procurement, data input and record management, and office facilities management
  • Performing any other duties as required
Qualification Requirements
  • Form 7 / HKDSE or equivalent
  • Pleasant, polite and well-mannered
  • Good customer service attitude
  • Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English word processing, MS Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Good command of written Chinese and English, and fluent spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
