Job Description
Major duties of an Operations Manager
- Build an efficient team of staffs and ensure continuous improvement by taking an interest in the morale, development and motivation of staff;
- Serving as the main coordinator of group tours;
- Co-ordinate with suppliers on rates and inventory;
- Managing tour bookings including manpower, flights, accommodations and payments;
- Monitor the company's sales and revenue;
- Onboarding and training of new staffs.

- Competence in written English
- Knowledge in MS office and Chinese word processing
- Strong communication and management skills
- Outgoing, self-motivated, responsible and well-organized
- Willing to work under pressure
- Passionate in travel and education, interested to interact with others
Who can apply for an Operations Manager ?
- More than 9 years of outbound tours handling experience in which not less than 5 years of management experience
- Strong knowledge of overseas destinations
- Good leadership skills and experience in management
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese
- Competence in written English
- Knowledge in MS office and Chinese word processing
- Strong communication and management skills
- Outgoing, self-motivated, responsible and well-organized
- Willing to work under pressure
- Passionate in travel and education, interested to interact with others
