职责*
The incumbent will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance with all (domestic & international) aspects of business travel requirements for our Corporate Travel Customers. Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform multiple tasks to provide operation and documentation support for the Corporate Travel team.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide one-stop resolution and fulfill customer requests such as flight booking & hotel accommodation quotation, visa enquiries, local or overseas limousine services, etc.
• Check document validity, provide accurate visa requirements and application details at the time of reservation.
• Contact local or overseas suppliers on travel arrangements when necessary.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and impacts on the trade.
• Consistently collaborate with Sales and Account Servicing Managers to gain deep understanding of assigned customers' profile, preferences and expectations.
• Build strong relationships with the customers by delivering outstanding customer service through every interaction.
• Keep accurate records of all incoming calls and outbound calls into the system for proper tracking/follow up as well as escalating incidents if required.
• Perform ad hoc duties or projects assigned by the seniors and management.

要求*
Requirements
• Preferably with a Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism, or a related discipline.
• 2 - 3 years' relevant experience in the travel industry.
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset, independent, Service-oriented, excellent customer relationship management and able to work under pressure.
• Good knowledge and experience using GDS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus or Travelport.
• Ability to communicate clearly and share knowledge, skills, and information with others.
• Good in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Adept in Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Candidate with more experience may be considered for the post of Senior Corporate Travel Consultant
