职责*
• Provide professional customer service and build rapport with customers
• Promote and recommend various group tour products to customers
• Handle sales and enquiries at branch office and/or over the phone
• Shift duty including Sat/Sun/public holidays is required
• Escort Tours

要求*
• High Diploma or above, preferably with training in travel related subjects
• At least 3 years' counter and outbound tour experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a caring attitude
• Attention to details and follow up
• Proficiency in MS Office is preferred
• Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Applicant with higher qualification and more experience can be considered as trained as longhaul tour escort
• Candidates with immediate availability is highly
preferred
