职责*
-Provide full range travel consultancy services to customers in retail shops
-Plan itineraries and handle customers’ enquiries
-Plan itineraries and handle customers’ enquiries
要求*
-HKCEE/HKDSE or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Tourism Management or related discipline
-Minimum 1 years relevant experience in Travel agency, fresh graduates are also welcome
-Possess recognized ticketing certificate of Abacus or Amadeus system
-Hands-on experience in reservation and ticketing skills
-Proficient in PC operation with Chinese word processing
-Good command of Chinese and English
-Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
-Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
-Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Travel Consultants
