• Handle customer enquiries and provide travel advice on air tickets, hotels, package and other travel relates issues
• Execute bookings in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
• Solicit and retain clients with professional customer service skills

要求*
• Completion of F.5 / DSE or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism, or related discipline
• At least 3 years relevant experience in travel industry with hand-on experience in reservation and ticketing
• Computer literate, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented, excellent customer relationship management and able to work independently
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Travel Consultant
