职责*
- Handle travel arrangements for corporate and individual customers, including but not limited to: customer enquiries and provide one-stop resolution and fulfil customer requests such as flight booking & hotel accommodation quotation, visa enquiries, limousine services, high-speed train ticket etc.
- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide professional advice and services
- Good fare and ticketing knowledge
- Perform multiple tasks to provide operation and documentation support for the team
- Check document validity, provide accurate visa requirements and application details at the time of reservation
- Contact local or overseas suppliers on travel arrangements if necessary

要求*
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above (Certificate or Diploma in Tourism Management or related discipline is an advantage)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel management industry. Candidate with more experience will be considered as “Senior Travel Consultant”
- Self-motivated, independent, service-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Resolving customer issues quickly and independently / with supplier
- Knowledge in GDS Amadeus is a plus
- Detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English, verbal and written
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel management industry. Candidate with more experience will be considered as “Senior Travel Consultant”
