职责*
This position is responsible for arranging all MICE and leisure business operations, RFP preparation, fulfilment services, promoting the company’s services to increase sales and engaging in quality assurance as well as customer service activities.
Responsibilities:
• Provide the best-in-class services for MICE inquiries and FIT customers, which includes providing accurate quotations and reservations for flight bookings and hotel accommodations, as well as other related travel arrangements in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate visa requirements and application details at the time of reservation.
• Utilize industry, product and destination knowledge to effectively and efficiently provide quotes and booking services to these travellers within SLA via email and phone.
• Understand customers’ needs to propose best alternatives with fare options and routing for customers at all times.
• Contact local or overseas suppliers on travel arrangements when necessary.
• Plan and conduct site inspections for potential venues for MICE business.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers and other documentation.
• Perform ad hoc duties or projects assigned by the senior and management.

Requirements:
• MICE operation experience is preferred.
• Travel industry operation background is helpful.
• Knowledge and experience with GDS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus or Travelport is advantageous.
• Computer literate including working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in communication with a wide range of people.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently.
• Good time management, ability to prioritize work under pressure.
