At the Annual General Meeting held on 16 November 2004, the following four candidates were elected to the Board of Directors: Mr Ken Chang (202 votes), Mr Gerald Hung (200 votes), Mr Andrew Leung (263 votes) and Mr Tommy Tam (209 votes).
