At the Annual General Meeting held on 23 November 2010, the following four candidates were elected to the Board of Directors: Mr Charlie Foo (300 votes), Mr Michael Fung (271 votes), Mr Andrew Leung (370 votes) and Mr Ng Hi On (318 votes).
