At the Annual General Meeting held on 30 November 2012, the following four candidates were elected to the Board of Directors: Mr Ng Hi On (472 votes), Mr Andrew Leung (354 votes), Mr Warren Tong (349 votes) and Mr Norman Leung (400 votes).
