Affected travellers of Smart Holiday helped out by 11 travel agents

The Travel Agents Licence of GTG International Travel Limited (Trade name: Smart Holiday; Licence no.: 353135) was revoked by the Travel Agents Registry yesterday (8 January); see the press release issued by the Registry for details.
Affected travellers may apply to the Registry for ex-gratia payment of up to 90% of the outbound tour fares under the Travel Industry Compensation Fund by producing their original franked receipts.
Alternatively, the travellers may join other package tours at the following 11 travel agents, with the tour fares paid as indicated on the original receipts accepted at face value. The travel agents are listed below (in alphabetical order of their company or trade names):
