The Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong (TIC) received today (5 March) an application from 3A Holidays Co. Limited (3A Holidays) for withdrawal from the TIC with immediate effect. Its application was now processed in accordance with established procedures.

The TIC membership of 3A Holidays was suspended on 21 February until the completion of the TIC’s investigation into its suspected violations.

The TIC expressed its deep regret at 3A Holidays having involved in several complaints filed by inbound tour groups from the mainland during the Chinese New Year holiday.
