Enhancing the Capability of Outbound SME Travel Agents for Service Innovation and Value Creation, Responding to the New Business Challenge

In early 2018, the TIC successfully applied for the SME Development Fund, provided by the Trade and Industry Department of the HKSAR Government, to launch a project of “Enhancing the Capability of Outbound SME Travel Agents for Service Innovation and Value Creation, Responding to the New Business Challenge” in 2018-2019.

The project aims at enhancing the capability of outbound SME travel agents for service innovation and value creation, and assisting the SMEs to utilise their resources more effectively for creating values and developing innovative services, in order to respond to the new business challenge. Deliverables of the project include a survey study, two seminars and four workshops and an information e-platform.
