The BSP Manual for Agents – Resolution 812 (NewGen ISS Edition 5), which has taken effect on 1 September 2021, is now available for download. The BSP Manual is a part of the Passenger Sales Agency Agreement and contains the basic rules and procedures for participating in the Billing & Settlement Plan (BSP).
