The “Free Tours” Programme was first launched in 2020 with an aim to encourage local residents to spend on retail or dining outlets to redeem a free tour, as well as to support travel trade partners for warming up in preparation for the return of visitors.

Hong Kong Tourism Board now launches the 3rd round of the “Spend-to-Redeem Free Tour” Programme and invites TIC members to propose and operate tours for the programme. They are also welcome to attend its online briefing scheduled on the afternoon of 9 November 2021 for more information and guidelines.
