The full implementation of the new regulatory regime for the travel industry is anticipated to come into commencement in September 2022. The Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong (TIC) will organise two briefing webinars on 27 May and 2 June 2022, with a view to making tour escorts, tourist guides and other trade practitioners understand the transitional arrangements for the Tour Escort Passes and the Tourist Guide Passes.  

The two briefing webinars will be conducted mainly in Cantonese. Questions from tour escorts, tourist guides, and other trade practitioners will be answered in Cantonese and English. The TIC is honoured to have Mr Kevin Cheung, Director of Regulatory Affairs of the Travel Industry Authority, join the two briefing webinars and answer queries in Q & A session.
