With effect from 1 October 2022, the Airport Authority Hong Kong will resume accepting the applications of the Travel Industry Vehicle Permits (TIV permit). Licensed travel agents must submit the required information online through the Hong Kong International Airport’s website (Please click here for details).

The Airport Authority issues the TIV permit with an aim to facilitate the travel industry to utilise the designated facilities in the Hong Kong International Airport to pick up and carry passengers from the Airport to their destinations on a non-routine/non-scheduled basis.

New account user needs to upload one of the following documents for registration:

• The form of “Membership Declaration (the Travel Industry Vehicle Permits)” with endorsement by Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong; or
• The copy of the valid “Travel Agent Licence” issued by the Travel Agents Registry; or
• The copy of the valid “Travel Agent Licence” issued by the Travel Industry Authority
