With the aim of meeting the current trend of experience-based travel and the growing interest in in-depth travel experience, Tourism Commission is organising a creative tourism event “Creative Journey · Infinite Discovery” under “Design District Hong Kong” (#ddHK) from 12 December 2024 to 14 February 2025 in Tsuen Wan and Sha Tau Kok.  

#ddHK is a creative tourism project that celebrates authentic culture and creativity, and livens up unique local neighbourhoods in Hong Kong through design elements. This year’s event, themed “Creative Journey · Infinite Discovery”, leads visitors from around the world to immerse themselves into two diverse, distinctive and captivating neighbourhoods, Tsuen Wan and Sha Tau Kok.

The project brings together a lineup of seven creative units from overseas, the Mainland and Hong Kong to inject creative elements into various venues in Tsuen Wan and Sha Tau Kok in the urban, heritage and natural settings. In addition, through crossovers with cultural and creative hotspots, heritage sites, nature attractions and local delicacies, an array of immersive visiting routes will also be introduced for visitors of different interests.  

Online Briefing Session
Tourism Commission will organise one online briefing session to introduce to travel agents the upcoming #ddHK event in Tsuen Wan and Sha Tau Kok, and ideas on developing itineraries to visit :the attractions offered in the event.
