The graduation and appreciation ceremony for the “Impact Fellow “Travel Industry Service Experience Program was successfully held on 30 November, 2024, with over 30 representatives from travel agencies and graduates in attendance. This program was jointly organized by Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong and the charity organization, VolTra, to nurture young people through professional training as tourist guides or tour escorts, along with service experience in travel agencies. This allows them to gain early insights into the tourism industry, some participants have even been employed by travel agencies and officially starting their careers in the field.

We would like to express our gratitude for the support from member travel agencies. The TIC will persist in its efforts to enhance and promote opportunities for young individuals to enter the industry, thereby ensuring the sustainable and healthy development of the tourism industry.
