Cathay Pacific’s Airbus A321neo is a next-generation aircraft designed to deliver a more comfortable, modern, and sustainable travel experience. The aircraft reflects Cathay Pacific’s commitment to customer-focused innovation, combining enhanced cabin comfort, advanced technology, and improved environmental performance.

The newly redesigned A321neo cabin features a more spacious layout achieved through a reduction in seat density and a reconfiguration of cabin facilities. This allows passengers to enjoy greater personal space and a more relaxed environment throughout their journey. Lavatories and galley areas have been repositioned to improve overall cabin flow and provide cabin crew with a more efficient workspace, enabling them to deliver attentive service more effectively.

Well-crafted materials, soft upholstery and refined accents – all in a fresh palette that complements Cathay Pacific signature hues for an elevated design.  In Business class, leather accents and personal side console stowage are refreshed in a new shade.

The inflight entertainment system ensures that passengers can enjoy the best viewing experience throughout the journey with Cathay Pacific.  As the first airline to introduce 4K entertainment and the first to bring HDR10 technology to the cabin, Cathay Pacific now advance the onboard entertainment experience with the introduction of the world’s first 4K HDR10+ inflight content.  The new A321neo, enhancements include larger 13.3-inch OLED screens and dual USB-C ports for fast-charging in Economy.  

Comfort is further enhanced through Business Class cabins, with recliner seats featuring divider screens for more privacy.  In Economy, recline comfortably, added LED lighting throughout the cabins, setting the mood for a calm, laid-back flight.  Space-conscious design ensure there’s more room for passenger travel essentials.  Extra- large overhead bins can fit eight carry-on bags comfortably. 

Beyond passenger comfort, the A321neo delivers significant environmental benefits. Equipped with advanced LEAP engines, the A321neo aircraft are more efficient than ever, delivering a 22 per cent reduction in CO2 emissions per seat and a 55 per cent reduction in NOx emissions when compared to the previous A321.  They’re quieter too, creating almost 15 per cent less noise than existing aircraft. This means a more comfortable experience for passenger – and makes us a better neighbour, in the skies and on the ground.
