Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong (TIC) has been entrusted by Security Bureau to manage the quota allocation for tour groups applications since January this year. The TIC was commissioned by Security Bureau to continue processing quota allocation applications for tour groups on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from September to December 2024. Licensed travel agents can submit their quota allocation applications for September 2024 on the TIC website starting from 10:00 am on Thursday, 11 July 2024 at the earliest (The applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis).
