ABOUT THE ROLE
CTM is seeking customer-oriented and enthusiastic individuals to join our M.I.C.E. team. As a Project Officer, you will work with diverse clients across various industries, planning and delivering high-quality events and travel experiences. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to exceeding client expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with clients to understand their
requirements, objectives and budgets.
• Design and develop comprehensive travel or event
proposals, including but not limited to itineraries,
costs, and logistical details.
• Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, including
airlines, hotels, coach companies, and local
vendors.
• Manage end-to-end travel or event logistics,
including flight bookings, hotel reservations,
ground transportation, visa and event
arrangements.
• Oversee on-site support during events,
coordinating with vendors, managing issues, and
providing exceptional customer service.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging
destinations, and travel regulations to provide
informed recommendations and innovative
solutions.

要求*
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Tertiary education or above, preferably with
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Travel
and
Tourism, Event Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 year’s experience as a Travel
Consultant,
Project Officer, Event Coordinator, or similar
role in the M.I.C.E. industry.
• In-depth knowledge of travel industry trends,
destinations, and event management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and
Word.
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese,
knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
with the ability to multitask and meet tight
deadlines.
