Requirements*
1) Minimum of 3 years or above corporate travel experience;
2) Thorough knowledge of the travel industry, fares and markets;
3) Thorough knowledge of travel operations;
4) Knowledge of word processing, GDS, presentation, and email;
5) Ability to work special duty;
6) Demonstrate excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
