Job description*
1. Handle agents’ enquiries and fare quotation via email or via phone at a timely and accurate manner
2. Make flight reservations and issue tickets in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
3. Solicit and retain clients with professional customer service skills

Requirements*
1. Form 5 or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism, or related discipline
2. Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in travel industry
3. Familiar with GDS including Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo etc.
4. Hand-on experience in ticket issuing
5. Computer literate, good communications and interpersonal skills
6. Service-oriented, able to meet deadline and work independently
7. Good spoken and written English and Chinese
