Job Description
Handle business customer enquiries including flight/hotel bookings.
General travel consultant and administrative work.
Daily tasks including but not limited to ticket issuance and reissuance, fare quotation, refund processing and issuance invoice.
負責處理商業客戶的機位預訂和機票, 酒店預訂; 一般旅遊顧問工作和行政及文書工作。日常負責開發票和訂單及報價.

General travel consultant and administrative work.
Daily tasks including but not limited to ticket issuance and reissuance, fare quotation, refund processing and issuance invoice.
負責處理商業客戶的機位預訂和機票, 酒店預訂; 一般旅遊顧問工作和行政及文書工作。日常負責開發票和訂單及報價.
Requirements*
HKDSE or HKCEE F.5 or above, 1-2 years' relevant experience
With Certificate or Diploma in Travel or related discipline an advantage.
Proficiency in Reservation System (e.g. Sabre, Amadeus etc), Internet booking tools, MS Office and Tabis system
Familiar with flights booking, refund process, tickets issuance/reissuance
Good knowledge of ticketing and fare calculation
Good in written and spoken in Chinese
Able to work independently and proactive problem solving skills
中五或以上. 有旅行或相關學科的證書或文憑優先.
懂Microsoft Office ; 懂得操作Amadeus, 懂Sabre優先, Tabis system. 有旅行或相關學科的證書或文憑優先. 積極&獨立工作及擅於與人溝通.
