Job description*
• Lead the Hotel Development team and Data Loading team
• Build strong relationships with land operators to obtain hotel contract rates, land services rates and other product rates
• Monitor the performance of each hotel, develop, and implement strategy on hotel development
• Manage teams’ performance and oversee daily operations of the teams
• Liaise with hotel reservation engine provider to seek solution on instant reservation confirmation, xml developments
• Fulfil overseas offices hotel bookings, rate enquires and group reservations requests

Requirements*
• Degree holder in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in travel industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good customers relationship management
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Must thrive in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Immediate available is highly preferred
