1. Take care reservation & ticketing system; fare rule
enhancement etc.
2. Handling telephone enquiry & ticketing issues for
passenger & travel agent, including reservation,
flight information, complaint, fare enquiry,
issue/reissue tickets, daily group sales report etc.;

Requirements*
1. Minimum 3 years airline or agent ticketing
experience;
2. Excellent communication skills;
3. Fluency in English/Mandarin are required;
4. Good practical knowledge of GDS system, Word &
Excel;
5. Strong sense of service and leadership skills;
