Job description*
Responsibilities:
● Lead, roster and train a team of travel consultants
● Responsible for maximizing travel bookings and sales revenue and prepare reports for management review
● Liaise with different departments to develop solutions that aligned with business goal and execute company plan;
● Supervise leisure travel bookings and handle enquiries
● Design FIT, leisure and travel trips, packages and itinerary options based on the clients’ needs and interests.
● Liaise and coordinate with travel suppliers, agents and internal departments.
● Manage promotional campaigns with marketing team
● Provide professional travel solutions and superb services to ensure client satisfaction
● Handle client feedbacks and complaints when necessary

Requirements*
Requirements:
● Must be digital savvy and good with technologies
● Degree holder, preferably in tourism studies or related disciplines
● Minimum 8 years of FIT, leisure travel industry experience
● Proficiency in Reservation System, Internet booking tools and MS Office
● Sound knowledge of GDS reservation systems such as Amadeus is preferred
● Strong product & fare knowledge including IATA, BSP and ticket issuing and refunds
● Good communication skills with peoples
● Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
● Proactive, flexible, good communication skills and able to work independently
