Job description*
• 負責帶領外遊團工作, 並配合當地導遊於旅途中照顧旅客
• 旅途中處理突發事故, 以確保外遊團進行順利
• 協助旅客辦理各項出入境手續
• 以公司代表的身份監察服務團隊的質素及安排
• 憑豐富和專業的旅遊知識, 在分行為客人提供各地行程資料, 處理報名及簽證申請的程序等
• Lead and take care of travellers throughout the outbound trip
• Cooperate with the local tour guide to take care of the passengers during the trip
• Handle unexpected incidents during the trip to ensure the smooth running of the tour
• Assist travellers in all immigration procedures
• Monitor the quality and arrangements during the trip
• With professional travel knowledge, provide itinerary information to customers and handle the application and visa application process at the branch

Requirements*
• 中五/香港中學文憑試(DSE)或以上程度
• 流利廣東話, 良好普通話和英語能力
• 必須持有有效的外遊領隊証
• 具1年或以上全職帶團經驗優先
• 持有效急救証書優先
• 日本語能力試驗N2程度或以上優先
• 良好客戶服務技巧及有責任感
• Secondary 5/ HKDSE or above
• Fluent Cantonese speaking, good Mandarin and English speaking
• Outbound Tour Escort certificates issued by the TIC / TIA
• At least 1-year relevant working experience is preferable
• Certificate in First Aid holder is preferable
• Certificate in JLPT N2 holder or above is preferable
• 流利廣東話, 良好普通話和英語能力
• 必須持有有效的外遊領隊証
• 具1年或以上全職帶團經驗優先
• 持有效急救証書優先
• 日本語能力試驗N2程度或以上優先
• 良好客戶服務技巧及有責任感
