- Handle agent / client enquiries, provide travel advice on hotels, packages, air tickets, and other related issues
- Interacting with clients by telephone, e-mail, and occasionally in person
- Execute bookings in an efficient, accurate and professional manner

Requirements*
1) form 5 or above, preferably with certificate
2) at least 5 years relevant experience
3) knowledge in Amadeus is preferably
4) good spoken and written English and Chinese
5) can work independently under pressure
