Job description*
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales & revenue targets
- Acquire new business and secure healthy P&L on new business accounts
- Develop strong customer relationships with key decision makers (e.g. procurement managers, administrations managers, travel managers etc. ) to ensure consistent business pipelines to achieve sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product enhancements that align with customers’ needs and market demand
- Prepare proposals/RFPs and presentations for business tender bidding as required
- Analyze sales data/reports, conduct survey, and gather feedback on clients for improvement

Requirements*
- Form 5/ DSE Level or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism, or related discipline
- Basic GDS, fares and ticketing knowledge would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners
- Demonstrate customer-orientated mindset with good negotiation and presentation skills
- Multi-tasked, strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset, able to work independently within deadline
- Proficiency Microsoft office applications, Chinese word processing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Basic GDS, fares and ticketing knowledge would be an advantage
