Job description*
- Identify and explore new potential business opportunities through multiple approaches to achieve business expansion
- Acquire new business and secure healthy P&L on new business accounts
- Prepare proposals/RFPs and presentations for business tender bidding as required
- Develop strong customer relationships with key decision makers (e.g. procurement managers, administrations managers, travel managers etc. ) to ensure consistent business pipelines to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations to ensure a seamless client experience
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition
- Analyze sales data/reports, conduct survey, and gather feedback on clients for improvement
- Willing to achieve higher results under pay-for-performance commission scheme
- Client meeting and visit as well as cold call are necessary

Requirements*
- Tertiary education or above, preferably in Travel and Tourism related but not a must
- A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in B2B Sales and/or Business Development; preferable in travel industry
- Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets
- Demonstrate customer-orientated mindset with good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented, strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset, able to work independently within deadline
- Proficiency Microsoft office applications, Chinese word processing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
