Job description*
The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of fare database and internal systems, handling fare inquiries, issuance of air tickets for both FIT and group bookings, as well as dealing with refund inquiries.
Additionally, the candidate will be expected to:
- Collaborate with airlines to validate and upload corporate fares and swiftly resolve any discrepancies.
- Utilize system tools to manage and enhance fare content
- Work closely with internal team and travel agencies to implement, troubleshoot, and maintain the OBT platform/ portal’s content
- Provide solutions to problems encountered by ticketing staff, frontline staff and travel agencies
- Assist in sending promotional flyers and alerts to the travel agencies
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Manager
Additionally, the candidate will be expected to:

Requirements*
- Form 5/ DSE level or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the travel industry
- Familiar with GDS system – Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus, & Travel Sky
- Good command of written English and Chinese, and fluent spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Responsible, patient, mature, a team-player
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with MS Office, including Word and Excel
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the travel industry
