ABOUT THE ROLE
CTM is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Project Officer to join our team. As a Senior Project Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a wide range of event and exhibition projects. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including designers, craftsmen, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Effectively manage resources, monitor project progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, facilitating effective communication and resolving conflicts when necessary.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with client expectations.

Requirements*
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in project management are advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management. Applicants with experience in the Event & Exhibition industry will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities are essential.
• Ability to identify potential risks, proactively address challenges, and implement effective solutions.
• Meticulous attention to details to ensure accuracy and quality in all project deliverables.
• Strong ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Experience with industry-standard project management software is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Flexibility to travel and work outside regular office hours as required.
• Candidate with proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing team dynamics, and fostering a collaborative work environment will be considered as “Project Manager”.
