Job description*
1. 監管分行運作
2. 處理客人於行程中的突發事件
3. 跟進客人因突發事件回港後的事宜
4. 處理與綜合旅遊保險有關的事項
5. 跟進由TIC、消費者委員會及傳媒轉介的客人意見及投訴、書件來往
6. 處理投訴事項及接聽投訴電話
7. 撰寫通告及跟進公司的Special Project

Requirements*
1. 中五或以上程度
2. 良好中英文書寫能力
3. 1年或以上經驗, 具旅遊業經驗者更佳
4. 主動、積極、勤奮上進，能面對壓力，具良好溝通技巧及
及表達能力，市場觸角敏銳
5. 懂電腦操作 (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
