Job Responsibilities:
• Digital Marketing: social media management and business plan.
• Develop retail business, provide excellent service and promote travel products to customers.
• Handle online/offline enquiries. Develop and maintain professional rapport with clients.
• Promote and recommend various FIT travel packages, cruise products to customers
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales & revenue targets
• Support manager with daily team management including document processing, administrative support and preparing relevant materials.
• Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls or SMS / message via social media tools (e.g. Whatsapp, WeChat)
• Work as a team in achieving targets
• Perform related administration duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Attractive remuneration package.

Requirements*
Job Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or above with training in travel related subjects. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Relevant ticketing or customer services experience with airlines / travel agencies / hotel will be advantage but not a must.
• Open-minded, eager to learn, self-motivated, work independently and responsible.
• Attentive to details and able to work under pressure
• A good team player with outgoing personality and interpersonal skills
• Good phone manner and customer service skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Well versed with the operation of electronic devices such as Android phones, IOS phones, tablets and various social media tools (e.g. WeChat, Whatsapp)
• Good knowledge of using MS Word and Excel with Chinese input.
