Job description*
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand and
address their issues, concerns, and requests. Collect
customer feedback when required.
- Provide tour services by handling customer enquiries
and complaints through all means including phone
calls and emails, ensuring that customer receive the
highest possible quality of service.
- Collaborate with external and internal parties to
conduct investigations and respond tactfully to
complaints from legislative bodies/authorities,
ensuring the company’s professional image is
maintained.
-Take up ad-hoc tasks and assignments from
immediate Supervisor / Manager. Highlight key issues
or situation that s/he cannot be handled immediately.
-Review customer feedback form to identify any major
issues and ensure no significant problems arise. And
work closely with Customer Service Assistant for
data screening and processing to improve business
performance improvement. Upon request from the
immediate Manager / Supervisor, collect relevant
materials, document, or records, i.e. Tour reports/
surveys/questionnaires to provide comprehensive
solutions.
- Assist the Manager in preparing reports on service
quality and analysis on customers needs for making
recommendations of service/product improvement.

Requirements*
- High Diploma or above in Business Administration /
Hospitality studies
-Minimum 3 years’ customer services experience,
candidates with Customer Service /Travel industry
experience are preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Attentive listening and problem- solving skills
-Customer focus, patient and tactful
-Computer literate, familiar with MS Office especially
MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Fast and accurate typing including Chinese word
processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English,
Cantonese & Mandarin
- Immediately available is highly preferred
