Job description*
1. Study the script provided and slowly edit the story into your own language. The storyline for each point must be clear.
2. Make sure all guests understand the story as well as no one falls behind during the tour.
3. Promote other tours offered by Hong Kong Free Tours and give out relevant marketing material before the tour starts.
4. Answer any questions guests may have at the end of the tour.
5. Report key business statistics back to the office after each tour.
6. Deal with occasional problems or complaints.

Requirements*
1. Fluent in Cantonese and conversational in English (or better)
2. Up to date on current social issues and have your own view
3. PUNCTUAL and reliable
4. Good presentation skill and communication skill
5. Have a passion on all things Hong Kong, from learning about Hong Kong and sharing your knowledge
6. Have a caring and observant personality
7. Either have a tour guide license issued by TIC or interested in getting a tour guide license
