Job description*
- Review and maintain full set of accounts of Company’s subsidiary
- Prepare various reconciliation report
- Work as a team with other colleagues to ensure timely delivery of accounting services
- Assist in maintaining daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and assignments

Requirements*
- Diploma or above in Accounting
- 2 – 3 years working experience in accounting/auditing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Knowledge in TAIS or PowerSuite is an advantage

NAN HWA (EXPRESS) was founded in 1962, initially engaging in air ticket services between Hong Kong and Indonesia, as well as air freight and courier services.
Shortly after its incorporation as Nan Hwa (Express) Travel Service Limited in 1972, the company entered into phases of steady growth and housed its office in self-owned establishment.
With proven track records and recognized expertise, we became accredited IATA (International Air Transport Association) Travel Agents since 1983, with access to air tickets from all IATA’s airline members.
We have over 200 employees, operating 4 major GDS (Global Distribution System) in the industry (Amadeus, Travelport, Sabre and TravelSky), and are consolidator agent of air tickets and services from over 75 airlines. Moreover, we have established direct partnerships with over 13 airlines using the NDC API (New Distribution Capability).
