Job description*
- Handle customer enquiries via email and phone, providing accurate flight and fare information.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve booking-related issues promptly.
- Issue, reissue, and manage airline tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Verify fare rules, taxes, and ensure compliance with airline policies before ticket issuance.
- Process ticket refunds accurately via BSP, airline portals, and GDS, including follow-ups.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and ensure proper documentation and transaction records.
- Identify and resolve billing or ticketing discrepancies.
- Conduct fare checks to ensure pricing accuracy and flag system inconsistencies.
- Support team training, knowledge sharing, and updates on airline rules and procedures.
- Assist in operational projects and provide occasional after-hours support.

Requirements*
- Form 5/DSE level or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism
- Relevant working experience in the travel industry
- Familiar with GDS system – Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus & Travel Sky.
- Good command of written English and Chinese, and fluent spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
- Familiar with MS Word and Excel.
- Patient, mature, a team-player and good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible and independent.
- Relevant working experience in the travel industry
