Handle agents group enquiries, fare quotation and ticketing via email or phone at a timely
Requirements*
- F. 5 standard or above
- 1-2 years work experience
- Knowledge in GDS - Sabre, Galileo and Amadeus
- Hardworking, patient, reliable, can work independently under pressure
- Knowledge on MS office: Excel, Word

First founded in 1962, the company started by providing passenger ticketing, cargo freight and courier services between Hong Kong and Indonesia.
Incorporated in 1972, Nan Hwa (Express) Travel Service Ltd. has grown steadily, housing its office in self-owned premises.
With proven track records and recognized expertise, we became an accredited International Air Transport Association (IATA) travel agent in 1983, with access and ticketing rights to all IATA’s airline members.
Engaging over 180 employees, we run 4 major GDS in the industry (Amadeus, Travelport, Sabre and TravelSky), and act as a consolidator agent of air tickets and services from over 75 airlines. Moreover, we have established direct partnerships with over 13 airlines using the NDC API (New Distribution Capability).
