At the Annual General Meeting held on 14 December 2006, the following four candidates were elected to the Board of Directors: Mr Ken Chang (258 votes), Mr Michael Fung (229 votes), Mr Andrew Leung (267 votes) and Mr Warren Tong (268 votes).
