Since members had shown great interest in the first lunch gathering about travel insurance, the TIC organised another one with the same theme at the Gloucester Luk Kwok Hong Kong, Wanchai on 23 August 2011.

The luncheon was joined by about 80 members. Two speakers from the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers were invited to talk about the latest information about travel insurance: Ms Connie Yuen, Convenor and Mr Francis Chau, Member of the Task Force on Travel Insurance. A number of members expressed their views in respect of the purchase of travel insurance, insurance cover and claims arrangements.
