The Tourism Law of the People’s Republic of China (“Tourism Law”) is to take effect on 1 October 2013. To help members better understand the Tourism Law, the TIC has invited an official of the China National Tourism Administration to brief them on its provisions at a briefing held on 26 July 2013.
