Re-gilding works of the Golden Bauhinia Sculpture at Golden Bauhinia Square in Wanchai will be carried out from 12 November 2018 (Monday) to 15 December 2018 (Saturday) (both dates inclusive). 

During the above period, the sculpture will be completely covered, but the square and the nearby waterfront promenade will remain open to the public. Visitors can continue to visit the Monument in Commemoration of the Return of Hong Kong to China and attend the regular flag-raising ceremonies staged at the square.
