According to the latest information from Hong Kong’s Customs and Excise Department, all foreigners visiting or living in Saudi Arabia are required to declare, upon arrival in and departure from Saudi Arabia, whether they are in possession of currencies, bearer negotiable instruments, gold bullion, precious metals or jewellery that is worth 60,000 Saudi Riyals or more.
