Recruitment for housekeeping assistant for Community Isolation Facilities (CIFs) by Security Bureau

To combat the fifth wave of epidemic, the HKSAR Government is making every effort to construct CIFs to ensure the transfer of people thereto, their isolation in the designated locations rooms and completion of the procedure in an orderly manner. This is to be implemented with the Community Isolation Facility Hotel Scheme, the requisition of newly completed public housing estates, the revamp of the Penny's Bay Quarantine Centre into a community isolation facility, and the building of Mainland's shelter hospital, etc.

As needed, the Security Bureau today (2 March) starts to recruit housekeeping assistants for CIFs on the basis of non-civil service contract. Some of the positions are for travel trade practitioners to apply. The contract period is 2 months, and the working place is the CIFs as designated by the HKSAR Government. The main duties are to operate the computer system at the front desk and assist to undertake assigned duties, etc.

The TIC, entrusted by the Security Bureau, collects the job application forms together with the eight Association Members. Those who are interested may refer to the position details and fill in the application form, which should be submitted to the TIC ([email protected]) or belonging Association Member by email on or before 12:00 noon on 3 March 2022 (Thursday) (Only one application form can be submitted, and repeated submissions are not allowed).
