• General Admission ticket is free of charge on Wednesdays (booking and a valid General Admission ticket required)
• Entry is free for children age 6 and under (online booking and a valid General Admission ticket required)
• Concessions include children (age 7 to 11), full-time students, seniors (age 60 and above), persons with disabilities (with one companion), and CSSA recipients.

M+ 
General Admission includes access to Courtyard Galleries, East Galleries, Focus Gallery, Sigg Galleries, and South Galleries (except Special Exhibition).

• HK$120 for adults; HK$60 for concessions
• Entry is free for children age 6 and under
• Concessions include children (age 7 to 11), full-time students, seniors (age 60 and above), persons with disabilities (with one companion), and CSSA recipients.

• Those interested in applying for the Hong Kong Palace Museum or M+ group tickets, you are welcome to attend the briefing session at 4:30p.m. on 4 November (Friday) held by the TIC and the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority.

Each member travel agent can only apply group tickets for one group per day, and maximum 10 groups per month for both Hong Kong Palace Museum and M+ visits.

Member travel agents must upload a Hong Kong Palace Museum and/or M+ itinerary when submitting the electronic application form.

1. Each ticket admits one person. Ticket arrangements for children will vary according to different museum policies.
2. Once the tickets are sold, they cannot be resold, exchanged or refunded.
3. If the information on the ticket is deleted or altered, or if the ticket is damaged or mutilated, the ticket holder may not be admitted.
4. Concession ticket holders must present valid proof for admission.
5. Please arrive on time at the reserved time slot. Those who are late, admission will be determined by the Hong Kong Palace Museum and M+ depending on the actual situation.
6. Some activities may have age restrictions. Venue managers reserve the right to require ticket holders to present proof of age, such as an ID card.
7. All tickets issued are subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions for Sales of Entertainment Tickets.  If the ticket holder visits the museum with a ticket, it means that the ticket holder agrees and will abide by the visiting rules of the museum, which can be found in the notices posted in the museum.
8. If there is any dispute over the terms and conditions and other matters, the Hong Kong Palace Museum and M+ reserve the right of interpretation and final decision on any disputed issue.

• After the member travel agent has successfully obtained the group ticket reservation quota, the ticketing team of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority will contact the member travel agent to submit the final number of group tickets in writing, including the number of general admission tickets and concession tickets, 14 days before the admission date. After payment is made, e-tickets will be issued. Once sold, tickets are non-refundable or non-refundable.
• Past day e-tickets will be void.
• Group tickets cannot be transferred to other travel agencies.
