Following the launch of the special offer of “Buy 10 get 1 Free” by the Hong Kong Palace 
Museum and M+ Museum now also launch the new offer, one additional free Tour Guide 
ticket (General Admission Ticket) will be offered to each order with a purchase of 20 
General Admission tickets or above. Tour Guide ticket must be used on the same date and 
at the same timeslot as the group order.

The details of special offer of the Hong Kong Palace Museum and M+ Museum are as follows:

1. The Hong Kong Palace Museum Admission Tickets and M+ Museum Admission 
Tickets would be sold at the published fare without commission. Special offer for group 
bookings of both Museums, beside buy 10 paid tickets get 1 free, one additional free Tour 
Guide ticket (General Admission Ticket) will be offered to each order with a purchase of 
20 General Admission tickets or above are available to the travel agents who booked 
through this channel. Please note that free admission ticket for child aged 6 or below will not 
be counted. 
2. Each travel agent can make bookings for not more than 15 days within a month, and 
book not more than three groups per day for the Hong Kong Palace Museum or M+ 
Museum. 
3. The minimum group size is 20 persons, and maximum group size is 45 persons.
4. The group ticket booking is on first-come-first-serve basis.
5. Once the group booking is confirmed by TIC, West Kowloon Cultural District Authority
will contact the travel agent to finalise the group size and type of tickets 7 days before the 
entrance date for payment and e-ticket issuance. 

Tour Guide ticket will be offered from March 2023 to April 2023.The group booking for the
