Position: Operation Officer, Customer Communications (Contact Centre) - (230126)
Responsibilities:
- Instantly respond to customer enquiries and comments received in Contact Centre via phone calls and interactive kiosks (iCSCs)
- Support enquiries received by new channels such as LiveChat, digital format, apps and social media
- Liaise with subject departments in preparation of replies
- Update dedicated information handbook and database
- Categorize and prepare statistical analysis
- Shift duties required (including overnight, weekends and public holidays)
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 1 year of working experience, preferably in airline or hospitality industry or customer service related field
- Associate degree or higher diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of contact centre and social media will be an advantage
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant, presentable with strong customer service orientation
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
