Job opportunity is now available at the Airport Authority Hong Kong as below:

Position: Operation Officer, Customer Communications (Contact Centre) - (230126)

Responsibilities:

  • Instantly respond to customer enquiries and comments received in Contact Centre via phone calls and interactive kiosks (iCSCs)
  • Support enquiries received by new channels such as LiveChat, digital format, apps and social media
  • Liaise with subject departments in preparation of replies
  • Update dedicated information handbook and database
  • Categorize and prepare statistical analysis
  • Shift duties required (including overnight, weekends and public holidays)

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 1 year of working experience, preferably in airline or hospitality industry or customer service related field
  • Associate degree or higher diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of contact centre and social media will be an advantage
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant, presentable with strong customer service orientation
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
